Thank you so much for having an interest in our programs.You can reserve our programs by English but our shop does not have an instructor who can speak English well. Many foreigners visit our shop, our instructors try to speak a little English but then it can be difficult that we responsive to a customer’s problem in the sea. If you agree, we can accept customers with a limited program. Also we have the English assumption of risk and personal detail form and you have to write signature at our shop.

  1. Please make a reservation from the [Click here to apply for the experience] on each menu page. Your reservation is not completed by submitting a reservation form.
  2. You can make a reservation by email. We send back the reservation confirmation by email after checking availability.
  3. Please make an internet reservation by 17:00 the day before the reservation date.
  4. If you want to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us directly by email.

Cancellation policy
  1. Please note that a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation on the day due to customer’s convenience (illness, schedule change, number of people change, etc.). Please be sure to contact us by 17:00 the day before.
  2. If the tour content is changed or canceled due to weather or sea conditions, we will contact the customer by about 18:00 the day before. But our instructor can not speak English. Please tell me about customer’s Line or E-mail when you will reservation.
  3. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or marine conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  4. Please note that in case of cancellation on the day, the full fee will be charged for all participants regardless of the reason. We will send you an invoice at a later date. In addition, customers who cancel without permission may not be able to receive the services provided by this shop in the future.
